Our business model reflects our mission to democratize opportunity for students and recent grads. We charge Universities for the services we provide and give employers the opportunity to pay for enhanced search functionality, branding, and analytics to accelerate and ease the hiring process. We create analytics and reports for Universities, employers and students based on aggregated and de-identified information that cannot be linked back to any individual user (such as “What percentage of economics majors get jobs as accountants?” or “How many students from your school are employed within 100 miles of your school?”). We never charge students or employers for basic employment matching services.
