Re-send Approver Email

If an approver on an experience has declined the experience or has missed the deadline for approving you can re-send the approval email by following these steps:

 

  1. The approval may look like the following image with a declined or expired status
  2. Click the edit pencil next to the approver and change the approver status back to pending
  3. Click save
  4. Click the Send Email button next to the approver
