With Handshake, you can't post a job to an institution until they've approved your connection and granted your company profile the permission to post jobs.

While you're waiting for approval, you can create and save job postings. Once the institution has given you the role to post jobs, you can post your saved job. Refer to How do I post a 'not posted' job to an institution?.
To confirm your roles with a particular institution, navigate to Institutions from the left navigation bar.
From here, search for the institution you'd like to confirm roles for, then click directly on the name.
Tip: use the search bar located to the far right of the page to quickly locate the institution.
Clicking on the name of the institution will take you directly to the institution's profile on Handshake.
From here, you'll be able to confirm your status with the institution and the permissions given to your company.
Please note that each institution is independently responsible for selecting which employers to connect with and which roles to provide. If you have questions about your permissions, contact the institution's Career Services centre directly.
Contacting Career Services
The institution's location and email can be found on their Handshake profile, located to the left side of the page under Contact Information. Additionally, you can add a comment or question in the Discussion section.
