To customise the event request process for your employers you can add an Event Approval Message and an Additional Questions Survey. To get started follow these instructions:
- Visit Institution Settings
- Select Event Preferences
- Enter a custom message that will be sent to employers when you approve an event they have requested on campus. This should include any university-specific information that the employer should be aware of before they make a trip to campus.
- Add a survey that asks the employer any questions that are not covered by Handshake's questions
- Examples: Would you like the university to provide catering for this event? Are you interested in being a part of our premium employer program?
