On Handshake, recruiters will only be able to see jobs, applicants, and interview schedules for institutions they have added to their Favourite Institutions list. But as soon as you add a new institution to this list, you'll automatically see all past/present information from that institution.

Note: even if you haven't added an institution to your list, you'll still be able to browse upcoming career fairs at every institution on Handshake.
