Create a new Institution List
From the Institution Lists tab
1. Click on Institutions in the left navigation bar. This will load Institution Network Management, which defaults to your Institution Lists. Favourites will be listed for all team members and may not be deleted.
2. Create a new Institution List by selecting the “+” icon, located at the top of the lists on the left of this page.
3. Name the new list and add desired institutions from the dropdown menu. Click Create in the lower-right of the popup to save the new list.
From the Institution Explorer tab
Institution Explorer allows you to use the filters on the left of the page to identify institutions with students that meet the selected preferences. This page will display all institutions in Handshake by default, so to add institutions to an Institution List, you'll need to select from Approved institutions.
Tip: Use the filter at the top of the page, Exclude institutions you’re not approved at, to only view approved institutions.
Once you've selected the desired filters, put a check next to the institution name, then click the bulk action Add to List, in the upper-right above the status column.
Select the desired list from the drop down menu, then click Add to list to save changes.
From the Your Employer's Institutions tab
On the Your Employer's Institutions tab, all institutions that your company is approved to recruit with will be listed. Use the filters on the left of the page to narrow results.
Put a check next to desired institutions, then click the bulk action Add to list.
Select the desired list from the drop down menu, then click Add to list to save changes.
Delete / Manage Lists
On the Institution Lists tab, click the list that needs to be managed or deleted. Click the three hashmarks to the right of Start Segment to Delete or Rename the list.
You may also Add an Institution or Remove institutions as well from this page.
Note: You may view and use other team member's lists, but you won’t see the option to delete / rename.
