Premium partners can share an event with students in the Handshake Open Network.

With Handshake, you can check-in, take notes, and seamlessly follow up with every single student regardless of whether they have a Handshake account.
Students (without accounts) are prompt to either log in or register as a guest when checking in to your events.
When registering as a guest, they are prompt to complete a registration form with the following fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
To complete their registration, they will confirm their email address and register for the event.
After the student registers, they will automatically appear under the RSVP tab of the event. Up until the time of the event and when the student checks in, you will only be able to view their name and RSVP date.
- Students without a Handshake profile will feature a human icon with a strikethrough.
After the student (without a Handshake account) checks in, the following information will display:
- Level of Study
- Grad Date
- RSVP Date
Click on the name of each candidate as desired to view additional details.
- Students without a Handshake profile will display limited information
- Students with a public Handshake profile will have a viewable profile
Click the clipboard icon to the left of the student's name to evaluate the student and add notes (if applicable).
You can also export all check-in data for both activated and inactivated students.
