Student Message BannerÂ
- In order to drive more awareness around the ability to search and message students through Handshake, employers with a trust score of 80 or above will see a banner in their accounts giving them more information about this functionality. A reminder that employers with a trust score under 80 cannot search and message.
Location radius filters
-
When we revamped the student job search experience earlier this summer, we removed the location radius filter temporarily. We’ve since rebuilt and rereleased this filter so that students can search for jobs in geographic areas of interest to them!
Work Authorization
- We now collect work authorization information directly from the student during the job application process to increase transparency for employers and improve the application experience for students. We have also made a few improvements to student job search based on these updates.Â
