So what if the status does not change after a month from "submitted" ? Does it mean "declined" ?

Hi Bipro! Great question. The status change would need to be updated by the employer hosting the interview schedule. In this case, we recommend reaching out to the employer directly to inquire why they have not yet updated your application's status. :)

    What does “reviewed” mean?

Hi Lauren! The reviewed status on an application means that the employer has reviewed your application, but has not yet made a decision. We recommend reaching out to the employer directly if you have any further questions about the status of your application. :)

I was primary initially 5 hours before I could select to sign up the slot but just half an hour I was changed to alternate. What does that mean and why and how could that happen?

Hi Kunal! Both Employers and your Career Center have the ability to change an applicant's status. In this case, it sounds like either the Employer, or your Career Center (on behalf of the employer) updated your status. We recommend reaching out directly to inquire about the reasoning for the status change. :)
