Universities may report employers with unusual activities, such as smaller employers recruiting far outside of their recruiting pools, or employers with an unusually low response rate to student inquiries. These reports can lower an employer’s trust score, and once that score reaches a certain threshold, the employer is flagged. Flagged employers are still able to use the service, but lose access to certain features, such as bulk resume downloading. To remove the flag, we recommend you reach out to the Universities you recruit from and discuss how to provide a better experience for their students.
