How do I send a follow-up email to survey recipients?

To send a follow-up email to the recipients of a survey:

  1. Click Surveys on the left hand navigation bar. Click on the relevant survey to be taken to that survey’s overview page. You will have the option to:
    1. Email All Recipients: Email all users who received the survey
    2. Email Silent Recipients: Email all users who have received the survey, but not yet taken it
    3. Email Taken Recipients: Email all users who have received and taken the survey



  2. This will direct you to a new mass email, with the recipients pre-selected according to your choice above. From here, follow the steps in the article How do I send a mass email? starting at step #4 to complete your email.
