Once your job is approved and candidates start applying, you can begin reviewing and evaluating them. This article outlines how to access and manage applicants efficiently.
Features available only to Premium partners are indicated by an asterisk (*). For more information, please check out this resource.

Access applicants
Click Jobs from the left navigation bar, select the job you want to manage, then click the Applicants tab.
All applicants will appear in a table, showing details such as:
- School name
- Major
- Number of qualifications met
- Application status
- Application date
*Plus employers have an additional column titled 'Rating,' which displays their evaluation of how well the applicant fits the role.
Filter applicants
To refine your results, click the white button All filters above the applicant table.
You can also use the keyword search bar to find a specific candidate by name.
Available filters include:

Status
- Pending
- Reviewed
- Rejected
- Hired
- Majors
- Schools
- Application date range
- Screening questions (only available to Plus employers)

- Invited to apply

Where candidate applied
- This filter only appears if you've specified that candidates should apply through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

- This filter only appears if you've specified that candidates should apply through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Matching qualifications
Use the Matching qualifications filter to display candidates who meet some or all of your job's requirements:
- Latest graduation date
- GPA
- Majors

Work authorization
- Note: When the Work authorization filter is applied, candidates who meet your criteria or choose not to disclose their status will be included.
Manage applicants
To manage a candidate, check the box to the left of their name. To select all candidates, check the box in the upper-right corner of the table.
When one or more candidates are selected, a toolbar will appear with the following options:

Rate applicants
Employers can rate each applicant to assess their fit for the role.
Note: Ratings and comments are not visible to applicants.
Click the candidate’s name to open their profile, then navigate to the Rate this applicant section at the top of the page.
- To rate the applicant as a good fit, click the button Good fit.
- To rate the applicant as not a good fit, click the button Not a fit.
- If you select this rating, you can indicate why the applicant is not a good fit by choosing from the available radio button options.
- To add context to your rating, click the hyperlinked text Add comment.

- After typing the comment in the textbox, click the button Submit comment.
Once rated, the applicant’s evaluation appears in the Rating column of the applicant table.
Note: The Rating column is visible only to Plus employers.
