Prior to posting your open positions to a school on Handshake, you will need to be approved by the school and given the role to Post Jobs. Occasionally, a school may approve you, but they did not give you the role to Post Jobs. Without the role to post jobs, the school will not show up as an option to post to, when you're creating your job.
You can check your roles with your approved schools by clicking on Schools in the left hand navigation bar. You can read more about School Roles here: Employer Roles at Schools
If you notice that you have been approved, but you do not have the role to Post Jobs, we recommend that you kindly reach out to the Career Services Center at that University. This is because each school is independently responsible for approving, declining, and giving roles to their employers and every school has different deciding factors when selecting which employers to connect with.
You can find their contact information by clicking on the name of the school, and scrolling down on their Handshake page until you see Contact Information towards the left side of the page.
