Email all Career Fair Student Attendees

This article will walk you through the steps of emailing all students who have registered for a career fair.

  1. Click Fairs on the left hand navigation bar
  2. Select the Career Fair you are interested in 
  3. Under Actions on the left side of the screen, click on Email All Student Attendees
  4. Choose the group of students that you would like to email
    • Tips:
      1. Select Invited but not Registered or Checked In to target only those students that haven't responded to your invitation
      2. Select All Registered to only send communication to students that have registered
      3. Select Registered and Checked In to follow up with students who attended or were planning on attending the career fair

  5. Follow the steps at the bottom of the mass email setup page to send the email
