This article will walk you through the steps of emailing all students who have registered for a career fair.
- Click Fairs on the left hand navigation bar
- Select the Career Fair you are interested in
- Under Actions on the left side of the screen, click on Email All Student Attendees
- Choose the group of students that you would like to email
- Select Invited but not Registered or Checked In to target only those students that haven't responded to your invitation
- Select All Registered to only send communication to students that have registered
- Select Registered and Checked In to follow up with students who attended or were planning on attending the career fair
- Follow the steps at the bottom of the mass email setup page to send the email
