How do I take notes on my contacts?

To take a note on your contact:

  1. Click Contacts on the left hand navigation bar
  2. Open a contact that you have created in the system
  3. Click View and add notes under the Actions section
  4. Enter a message on the contact, you may want to include a reminder or tag a staff member by adding a “+” before their email address. Example: +david@joinhandshake.com
