- Check with IT team
- Check with registrar
- The information is being sent but it is not formatted correctly
- The student is not in the student sync
- Student is in the student sync but their username or other sensitive field is different than what is configured in-app
- This will cause a failure in the record due to "attempting to change sensitive fields"
