Student Sync: Why is {type of information} not showing in our student profiles after we've had a user file imported?

Possible reasons why the user or a change is not showing up after a sync has been processed:

      • The information type or user you are searching for is not being sent in your student file
        • Check the file
        • Check with IT team
        • Check with registrar


      • The student is not in the student sync

      • Student is in the student sync but their username or other sensitive field is different than what is configured in-app
