If the staff member that registered for a career fair has changed you can update the registrant field by editing that companies career fair registration.
- Open up the career fair employer overview page
- Select the employer registration you are interested in changing
- Click Edit in the top right corner of the screen
- Scroll down to the Basic Information section of the career fair registration
- Select a new Registrant from your contact list in Handshake (if you do not see them listed you can add a contact by clicking Create it here).
This contact will now receive notifications about updates to the career fair registration and you will have the ability to send them invoices / receipts for career fair payments.
