When you receive feedback on a task and either have a question about it or disagree with it, there are two approved ways to seek clarification or request a second opinion:
1. Request a Second Review in the Disco Chat Room
Post a link to your task in the designated Disco Chat Room, along with a brief explanation of your question or concern. A member of the team will review your task and provide additional guidance or clarification.
2. Attend Office Hours
Bring your task to Office Hours for a live discussion with a team member. This is often the fastest and most effective way to resolve questions or disputes.
What Not to Do
To keep the process efficient and respectful for everyone involved, please note the following are not allowed:
- Do not re-submit a task without fully addressing all the feedback and errors.
- Do not argue in the task comments with the reviewer.

We’ve designed this process for efficiency and clarity. Discussing your questions in Disco or during Office Hours allows us to resolve issues quickly and collaboratively—without delays caused by back-and-forth commenting in the task itself.
