We send two notifications to career services users if First Destination Survey reminder email campaigns need attention. 

24 hour reminder: "Your scheduled email will not be sent"

This email is sent 24 hours before a scheduled email will not be sent because the survey has not been published. For this email to be sent you will need to publish the survey or edit the email timeline by clicking on the links provided.

 

Email not sent: "Email for [Survey Name] was not sent

This email is sent after a scheduled email is not sentFor this email to be sent you will need to visit the survey timeline and click the link to send this email.
