- Our mobile engineering team has been working hard on an amazing native experience for events and career fairs. Handshake partner Universities now have access to a beautiful native mobile events and fairs experience on Android!Â

New Employer Left Navigation Bar
- We are making a few small tweaks to left navigation bar for employers:
- Removing icons & color updates to make it look more polished
- Moving surveys under name drop-down as employers don't access them through the left nav
- These changes have been run through accessibility software to ensure contrast meets WCAG 2.0 standards!

Answer Questions in Handshake
- Students can now answer questions in Handshake.Â

Insights Explore
- In Q&A (Question & Answer), students can ask career-related questions, and get answers from other students or alumni from any school. You can now see all Questions and Answers in Handshake Insights.
- Common reports:
New Student Engagement Dashboard
- We are excited to announce a new Student Engagement Insights dashboard that includes detailed reporting about how your Handshake student engagement compares to your peers. Â

Work authorization
- We now collect work authorization information directly from the student during the job application process to increase transparency for employers and improve the application experience for students. We have also made a few improvements to student job search based on these updates.Â
