2019 Handshake User Conferences - Coming to your region!
The Handshake team is excited to announce big plans for next year’s user conference. Due to the growth of the Handshake network (700 schools and counting!) and the thoughtful feedback we received from last year’s conference participants, we will be hosting four Handshake User Conferences across the country in 2019!
The goal of this is two-fold: allow for easier travel and to bring deeper Handshake knowledge to you, the Handshake experts! These regional conferences will also offer more school-led sessions and networking opportunities.
We are in the process of finalizing dates and locations and should have updates to you in early 2019. For those who are planning budgets now, you can expect the registration cost to be $50 per attendee.
If you are interested in leading a presentation on a Handshake related topic, best practice, or product workflow tips please let your University Partnership manager know. For ideas on trending topics please feel free to check out the discussion rooms in our Community site!
Looking forward to an incredible 2019 with all of our Handshake partners!

Hi Erin,
Happy Friday!
Thank you for this lovely information -- very helpful for those departments (like mine) relish the opportunity for advance planning.
One question: Do you know if the call for presentations will come before or after the finalization of locations? If so, do you have any info on an official call?
Just trying to get all the details I can to pass along :)Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing back!

Hi Nick,
If you are interested in presenting you should definitely let your University Partnership Manager (the amazing Brit Gergen) know as we will be collecting presentation proposals as they come in. We will be making an official ask for presentation ideas once logistics are finalized.
Thanks!

Thanks for this information! Last year there was a limit of 2 attendees per school. Will this be the case this year?
