Democratizing Access
Employer & Job Approvals: Spring beta, summer rollout
Feedback we received:
- Drive efficiency to manage volume of requests; surface flags and decline reasoning
- Review the feedback workshop recording (Nov 2018)
Key updates:
- Surface key employer fields for quick approval
- View approved + flagged employers to keep students safe
- See declined employer reasons to reduce back and forth
- Explore which approved employers are active
- Consistent “save and view next” filters

- Consider your current approval workflows - Is there a workflow you’d like to optimize to increase relevant opportunities?

Democratizing Information
Reporting & Analytics: Exploring this summer
Feedback we received:
- Reduce segmentation to identify engagement patterns across students, employers and staff
- Easily export holistic dashboards to share data across campus
- Review the feedback workshop (Nov. 2018)
Key updates:
- Allow career services users to review different types of student engagement - through events, appointments, etc - all in one place
- Action-oriented dashboards across sections of the student population

First Destination Survey: Spring rollout
Feedback we received:
- Optimize response collection and quick reporting
Key updates:
- Streamline response collection form
- Add more quick download filters & fields
- Surface FDS links as “Handshake content” in Targeted Email tool to further customize your FDS email campaigns.
How you can explore:
- Build & test your First Destination Survey
- Determine your survey launch date - connect with your Success Manager with any questions!

- Enable via School Settings > Document Feedback Preferences
- Test filters and workflow with your test student account

How you can share feedback:
- Create a support ticket here
- Choose "product feedback" as the category from the dropdown
- Share a brief overview of the impact to students and the goal of your suggestion
- Note: The team won’t reply to your request, but will certainly track in the weekly review!
We encourage you to share product feedback - we categorize and review all recommendations weekly, so adding details can really help as we prioritize. We want to work together to build features that drive impact to students!
