Employer collections in analytics
We’ve added Employer Collections information to Analytics for additional transparency on boosted employers. Employer collection information has been added to the Employer Activity Snapshot, and is accessible when building reports on jobs and applications. Additionally, here are 2 new saved reports US partners can use to report on collections:
Event check in source
We’ve added a new field to analytics allowing you to track how students checked into a hybrid event—via QR code, kiosk, video, or manually.
- Learn about reporting on check in source here.
Custom appointment availability message
You can now customize a message shown to students when there are no available appointment slots. This allows your team to direct students to relevant resources if they can’t schedule time with you.
- Learn how to configure a custom appointment availability message here.
For students…
Event discovery
We reverted the student event discovery experience back to its previous state to ensure a seamless back to school event season for you and your students. Future updates to the student event discovery experience will happen after the busy back to school season—we’ll share more details in the coming weeks.
(Experiment) Event details page
We’re testing a new event page design highlighting information that’s most important to students, helping them find alternative events if they can’t make the time, and displaying new event category tags (that your team and employers can select).
Updated signal boosting page language
Based on feedback from our partners, we have updated the header on the new signal boosting page from “Handpicked employers” to “Curated employers”. The subheader has also been updated to read “These employers are suggested for you by your career center”.

Events featuring alumni
This fall, you’ll be able to add information about alumni (like graduation year, major, current company, and a short bio) when you host events featuring alumni speakers. Students will be able to see this information when browsing events.
Job auto-approval rules
Later this summer, you’ll be able to auto-approve jobs while setting exceptions for certain types of jobs you’d like to review manually—like part time jobs, jobs in a particular industry, or jobs out of state.
- Learn about job auto-approval rules here.
