You can use Handshake Video to host virtual events directly within the Handshake platform.

Launch your event
1. Click Events from the left navigation bar, then select the event you want to launch.
2. On the event overview page, click the black button Launch video in the upper-right corner.

The Launch video button becomes active 60 minutes before the event start time.

If clicked earlier, the button will appear grey and disabled.

Only the event creator and any assigned co-hosts can launch the video.
