Basic plan (Free)
The Basic plan provides provides foundational tools to help employers connect with early talent.
Features include:
- Unlimited job postings
- Up to 25 candidate messages per month
- Access to up to 100 talent matches
- Access to virtual and in-person career fairs
This plan is available to all employers at no cost, regardless of hiring volume or organization size.
Plus plan
Plus is an optional upgrade for employers looking to enhance their outreach and engagement efforts beyond what’s available in the Basic plan.
Features include:
- Job promotion to highly qualified candidates
- Up to 200 candidate messages per month
- Unlimited talent matches for up to 10 jobs
- School recommendations for up to 10 jobs
- Large-scale promotional campaigns
- Campaign analytics to measure performance
Eligibility for Handshake Plus is limited based on company size and scope. Employers who are eligible will see an upgrade option within their Handshake account, with flexible payment plans per job.
Note: At this time, on-campus employers are not eligible to upgrade to Handshake Plus.
Premium options
Premium partnerships provide scalable, data-driven tools to help employers expand outreach, engage qualified candidates, and build strong early talent pipelines.
Talent Engagement Suite
Built for teams managing high-volume or strategic hiring with automation, deeper insights, and advanced collaboration tools.
Features include:
- Everything in the Plus plan, and:
- Unlimited messaging, talent matches, and school recommendations for up to 25 team members
- Unlimited large-scale promotional campaigns to reach students across multiple schools
- 50+ filters to precisely source and match with qualified candidates
- Advanced analytics and ROI reporting, including DEI benchmarking
- Dedicated Customer Success Manager, performance analysis, and activity-to-hire mapping
- ATS integrations, with access to additional paid modules such as Events, Insights, and Advanced Brand Pages
Pricing for the Talent Engagement Suite is billed annually based on program size. This plan is typically used by employers with complex or large-scale hiring needs.
