Paid monthly and yearly Handshake Pro subscriptions include three promotion days each month for Standard job promotions.
Promotion days are rolling out to existing Pro accounts. Existing monthly subscribers receive their first three promotion days when their subscription next renews. New subscribers receive their first three promotion days when their paid subscription begins.
How promotion days are earned and shared
- Yearly subscribers receive three promotion days at the start of each month.
- Unused promotion days roll over from month to month.
- Promotion days are shared across the employer account. Any user on the account can apply them to an eligible job.
How promotion days apply to a job
- Promotion days apply only to the Standard promotion tier. Premium promotions are charged at the full daily rate.
- You can choose whether to apply your available days when promoting a job.
- At launch, promotion days cannot be divided across multiple jobs. When you apply the benefit to a job, all available days are allocated to that promotion.
What happens when days run out or a promotion stops
- Once your included promotion days are used, paid billing begins at the daily rate displayed in your payment summary and continues until you stop the promotion.
- If you stop the promotion before all allocated days are used, the unused days return to your available balance.
- Any remaining promotion days are forfeited if the Pro subscription is canceled.
