At Handshake AI, our mission is to shape the future of AI through the creation of high-quality, original training data that trains, challenges, and refines how large language models learn across disciplines. Fellows play an important role in that mission, and this Code of Conduct exists to ensure a respectful, consistent, and professional environment for everyone in the program.
Professional Conduct
Handshake AI is committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all fellows. We expect all fellows to engage respectfully, follow project instructions, use professional language, and act in good faith. Fellows must not engage in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or any form of disruptive or inappropriate conduct — whether during tasks, video calls, community chats, recording sessions, or live interactions.
This Code of Conduct applies across all platforms you use as part of the program, including Pronto, Slack, and any partner platforms — video, audio, and written.
