In order to have full access to all of your institution’s content and services on Handshake, you’ll need to be connected to your institution's instance in Handshake.
After confirming your email address, if you can only access Profile and Fairs in the left navigation bar, this indicates that your Handshake profile is not yet linked to your university.
On the homepage, there may be a message in a yellow-shaded block that reads:
"You are currently pending access to INSTITUTION NAME. Once you are approved you'll be able to access jobs and other unique opportunities for students at INSTITUTION NAME.
You can contact your institution at EMAIL ADDRESS."
Use the email address listed to get in touch with your institution's Career Services centre for more information on the pending request.

If there is no contact information listed on the homepage, you can either contact your institution's Career Services centre as you normally would, or submit a ticket to our Support Team to request more information.
