Logos and banners are effective ways to enhance your brand page and ensure that students can easily recognise your brand.
This is an action that can only be performed by the Owner or Admin. Check out A Guide to Employer Role Types in Handshake.

Access brand page
To upload a new logo or banner, or to edit an existing one, click Brand page from the left navigation bar.
Add your company logo
New logo
Hover your mouse over the photo icon to the left of your company name.
In the pop-up modal, click the white button Upload photo, then choose a photo from your computer.
- Square images that are at least 150 x 150 pixels work best.
Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons to adjust the photo's magnification within the modal window. Once your photo is adjusted, click the black button Save in the lower-right corner.
Edit an existing logo
1. Hover your mouse over the current photo to the left of your company name.
2. In the pop-up modal, you can adjust the photo's magnification or click Remove to delete the current photo.
- If you're adjusting the photo's magnification, click the black button Save once you're satisfied with the new size.
- To remove a current photo and upload a new one, click the white button Remove. In the pop-up modal, click the red button Yes, remove.
3. Once the photo is removed, you may upload a new logo. If needed, refer to the steps outlined for New logo.
*Add your company banner
Note: only premium partners can add a company banner to their brand page.
New banner
1. To upload a new banner, click the white button Edit banner in the upper-right corner of the banner.
2. In the pop-up modal, click the white button Upload photo, then choose a photo from your computer.
- Use centrally focused images for your banner to ensure important elements aren't cropped on different screen sizes. Avoid including text, as it may be cut off.
- We recommend a width between 1200-1400px and a height of 200px. The banner will be displayed with a fixed height and an adjustable width to fit various screen sizes (ranging from widescreen desktop to portrait mobile views).
3. Use the Zoom In (+) and Zoom Out (-) buttons to adjust the photo's magnification within the modal window. Once your photo is adjusted, click the black button Save in the lower-right corner.
Edit an existing banner
To edit an existing banner, click the white button Edit banner in the upper-right corner of the banner.
