The Importer is a bit complex and handles a lot of sensitive data, so we ask that you complete the Importer Training course in Handshake Academy prior to requesting access.
Note: you must have an existing Career Services user account in order to access Handshake Academy - if you do not have an account yet, reach out to your institution's point of contact (POC) and request for them to create one for you.
Locating the Importer Training and Registering
While signed into Handshake, click this text (Importer Training) or follow the steps below:
1. Click Help in the upper-right corner of the screen, then click Handshake Academy from the dropdown menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to select All Courses.
3. On the next page, you can either filter on Importer, or you can scroll down to Operations & Platform Management, and select Importer Training.
4. Click the black button Register I FREE on the right side of the screen to begin the course!
Requesting Access
Once the Importer Training is complete, you can reach out to our Support Team by submitting a ticket to request access.
You'll also need to CC your institution's point of contact, as Support will need their approval to provide you access.
