If you've been introduced as a contact in a campaign message by a teammate, messages received in response to the campaign will provide additional context, which allows you to enhance your relationship-building efforts and create a more personalized and meaningful candidate experience.

Access your messages
To access and view messages received, refer to How Do I Access My Messages?.
Review messages
Messages will include the original campaign message, the associated job or event, if applicable, and a summary of the student's prior engagement with the company.
Campaign message
The message includes the original campaign message, and the name of the recruiter who introduced you.
To view the profile of the recruiter who introduced you, click directly on their name below the message body.
You will be directed to their profile page, where you can learn more about their role, as well as their contact information.
To read the message in its entirety, click More and review the message as needed.

Campaign type
The message may feature job and event postings to attract potential candidates and attendees.
Jobs and events attached to the campaign are displayed in card format. To view additional details, click the link within the card.

Student profiles
The side sheet on the right of the message will provide direct access to a student's profile if it's visible in Handshake. The side sheet contains details, such as their education, skills, and experience. Additionally, it includes information on any previous engagements they may have had with your company.
To view a specific engagement in further detail, click on the hyperlinked name or title.
To view the student's complete profile in a new tab, click the hyperlinked text View profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
