Filter Contacts: Last Login Date

We’ve added an option to filter contacts on their last login date. The feature will apply to contacts that are connected to user accounts. If you’d like to read more about the difference between Contacts and User accounts, please review the following article: Contacts vs. Users.

Filtering on Last Login Date

1. Navigate to contacts using the left navigation bar.

Note: There is a new column on this page which indicates the Last Login date, you can use this column to identify when the contact last logged in.

2. Select the filter at the top of the page titled “Last Login”

3. Select the dropdown menu to choose from the following options:

• Never logged in
• In past 2 weeks
• In past month
• In past 3 months
• In past 6 months
• In past 12 months
• More than 12 months ago

4. After choosing the filter, choose the blue button Apply Filters:

5. You’ll be provided a list of contacts with user accounts that have logged in within the selected time period.

Alternative workflow: All Filters

Alternatively, you can select All Filters and choose the login range there, before selecting the blue button Apply Filters.
