If you have multiple Career Centers in Handshake you will want to make sure to set up your Interview Timelines and Templates for each Career Center. This will allow employers to request custom schedules at each Career Center.
To add a template or a timeline for a particular office select Timelines and Templates from the left side of your School Settings and follow these instructions:
Interview Schedule Timelines
- Navigate to the School Settings
- Click Interview Schedule Timelines
- Enter the details for this timeline - to learn more about setting these up read, Interview Timelines
- Select the Career Center this should be applied to
- Review your Interview Schedule Timelines on the overview page
Interview Schedule Templates
- Navigate to the School Settings
- Click Interview Schedule Templates
- Enter the details for this template - to learn more about setting these up read, Interview Templates
- Select the Career Center this should be applied to
- Review your Interview Schedule Timelines on the overview page
Now when employers request an interview on campus, they will be able to select a particular career center, and they will only see the interview timelines and templates associated with that office.
