Employers can use the Feed to search for and view other employers’ Brand pages on Handshake. This gives you a clear perspective on how your organization is presented to Gen Z candidates—alongside peer and competitor brands.
This experience mirrors what students encounter when exploring companies on Handshake—giving you the opportunity to step into the candidate's shoes and gain insights into how your brand is perceived in a competitive talent marketplace.

Access the Feed
Click your name in the upper-right corner of the page, then select Open home feed from the dropdown.
- To navigate back to Handshake, click the button Open employer app in the upper-right corner of the page.
Viewing brand pages
1. Click Employers on the left navigation bar. This page displays all employers on Handshake.
Tip: Use the filters above the list of employers to narrow your search and find the most relevant Brand pages.
Employers can filter results using the following options:
- Keyword search
- Employers you follow
- Location
- Industry
- Employer size
2. Browse the results and select any employer to view their current Brand page as students see it.
Notes:
- Brand Pages may vary in appearance and content. Only completed sections will be visible to viewers.
- Some employers may have access to enhanced features—such as images, videos, and custom branding—depending on their Handshake partnership level.
- Job postings and events are visible, but employers cannot click to open or view the full details.
- Employers can view upcoming fairs. Clicking on a fair will take you directly to the fair registration page.
