Send Custom Invitation and Reminder Emails to Each Graduation Group
- Navigate to your First Destination Survey
- Within the Survey Setup go to the Details page
- Under Advanced Options check the box to Customize emails for each graduation group
- Navigate to the Timeline & Emails section of setup you will now see a Graduation Group selection
- Select the correct Graduation Group and customize that message
- Do this for each email that you want to customize per graduation group
