This article provides some saved reports to highlight Virtual Fairs data, based on the Career Fairs template, organized by Handshake! You can click these links and they will show you the results for your school.
Please note: you will need both Analytics: Access and Manage in order to access these reports. If you do not have these roles, please reach out to your Career Services internal point of contact to request access.
Reminder: Analytics data will upload that night following the fair and be available for these reports the following day!
Customize these saved reports
After clicking the below links, click Duplicate Report in the upper-right corner of the screen to further customize the report. To view data for an individual fair, you need to apply a filter for that fair to certain reports. Remember to save your custom report when you're finished, if you'd like to use it later!
Note: Some reports will include visualizations. You can click on the visualization tab to view the report in that format.
1:1 Sessions, to sign up, to attendance: this includes a visualization of the number of 1:1 sessions available, sessions signed up, and sessions attended (example below)
Group Session Sign Up to Attendance: similar to the above report, showing sign up to attendance
Unique Session Sign Up to Attendance: similar to the above reports, showing unique sign up to attendance (a per student count)
Employer 1:1 Sessions % Filled: Percentage of employer 1:1 sessions signed up
Employer Schedule Creation %: Percentage of employer schedules created
1:1 Session Qualifications: Lists all session qualifications across all sessions within a school (and option to filter by fair)
Career Fair - Employer Registrations: Count of registrations by employer over the past year
Student No Shows - Virtual Career Fairs: Includes all students who signed up for a 1-1 or group session and did not join
Total Students Checked In by Career Fair: The total number of students who participated and checked in, by fair
Virtual Fair Session Cancellations: Students who cancelled a session ahead of or during a career fair
1:1 and Group Session Activity During Virtual Fairs: This report shows, by session start time, how many students are in 1:1s and groups sessions throughout the length of the virtual fair. Use the Fair Name or ID field to filter down to a single fair.
Employer Schedule Creation Percentage: The number of employers with approved registrations and those that have created schedules for all future virtual fairs. For past fairs, change the ”Date and Time” filter.
Virtual Fair Group Session Attendance: Includes the number of students who have checked in for a group session, compared to those who have not. Enter a fair name in the filters.
Virtual Fair Students Engaged by Employer: This report shows the number of students who checked into an employer session during a virtual fair, grouped by Employer. If a student joined a group and 1:1 session, they are only counted once.
Total Student Sessions: Number of total interactions (1:1 or Group Sessions) between students and employers, by fair.
