How to Locate your Institution's Contact Information in Handshake

If you need to connect with your institution's career centre, or a specific staff member at your institution, you can find their contact information in Handshake!

Click Career Centre on the left navigation menu.

• To access your institution's contact information, scroll to the middle of the page to find the Contact Information section, located on the left side of the page. Here, your institution's website, phone number, email, and location will be available to you. 

• To connect with a specific staff member at your institution, scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the Public Staff section. Up to 5 staff members will be displayed - click on the staff member's name to open their profile, or click the blue button View All Public Staff to access a list of all public staff members in Handshake. Once on their profile, the contact information is located on the left side of the page.
