If you can't find an application for a student in Handshake, make sure to check and see if the student has withdrawn their application. This feature is new in Handshake as of October 3rd, 2016 so only applications that are withdrawn after October 3rd, 2016 will be visible in the Withdrawn Only view.
View Withdrawn Job Applications
- Open the job you are interested in reviewing applicants for
- Click on the number located under the Applicants section or click Browse Applicants in the actions section (If there are only withdrawn applications for this job you will see a button that says No Active Applicants)
- Click the application status you would like to review (Fully Qualified, Not Fully Qualified or All)
- If you do not see the application you are looking for click the Other filter located at the top of the screen
- Check the box for Withdrawn Only
- Only withdrawn applications will be shown once you have checked this box, uncheck it to view all applications again

View Withdrawn Interview Applications
If a student withdraws an application from a job that is associated with an interview schedule they will also be withdrawing their application from the interview schedule. If you would like to see students who have withdrawn their applications for a job that is associated with an interview schedule you can follow these instructions.
- Open the interview schedule that you are interested in viewing applicants for
- Click Review Applicants
- Use the Other filter to see Withdrawn Only applications on this schedule
- Only withdrawn applications will be shown once you have checked this box, uncheck it to view all applications again

- Keep in mind that students will appear here if they withdraw their applications from a job that is associated with the interview schedule
View All Withdrawn Applications
- Click Applications on the left navigation bar
- Use the Other filter to see all Withdrawn applications at your institution
