After you submit a registration for a career fair, the next step is approval by the host institution.
Each institution’s career services office reviews employer registrations to confirm details before participation is finalised.
Approval process
After submission, your registration enters a Pending status. The host institution will review your registration. If you registered multiple divisions, each submission is reviewed separately.
Once approved, your registration status updates to Approved on both the Fairs page and the individual registration page.

Multiple division registrations
If you registered multiple divisions, each division’s registration will display its own approval status.

Notifications
If email notifications are enabled, the registrant will receive an email when the registration is approved.
Notification preferences can be managed in your Default Notification Preferences (Employers).
Payment after approval
You will not be able to submit payment until your registration is approved.

Virtual fair schedule
A schedule for a virtual schedule can only be set once registration has been approved.
The registrant will will be notified upon approval and may then proceed to set the schedule. Learn more about Creating a Schedule for Virtual Fairs.
