We've launched an ease-of-access dashboard for collections at your school. You can easily analyze data relevant to your collections, and utilize filters to target information most relevant to you.
Note: you will need both Analytics: Access and Collections: Access permissions in order to access this data. If you do not have these permissions, please reach out to your team's Handshake administrator to request access.
Access Collections Dashboard
- Select Collections from the left navigation bar, and then select Analytics in the top-right corner of the page. This will open the dashboard in a separate tab.
2. In the new tab, you will have access to 13 reports. These are listed as follows:
- Job Applications by Collection Title
- Job Views by Collection Title
- Job Saves by Collection Title
- Number of Employers in at Least One Collection
- Number of Jobs in at Least One Collection
- Collection Usage for Employers by Collection Title
- Collection Usage for Jobs by Collection Title
- Collection Usage for Jobs by Employer
- Collection Usage for Jobs by College
- Collection Usage for Jobs by Major Group
- Number of Collections Set to Private
- Employers in Private Collections
- Active Jobs in Private Collections
All interactions under the Collection Performance section pertain to those interactions on the Handshake platform as a whole. For example, Total Applications to Jobs in Collections counts the total amount of times that students have applied to jobs that are listed in collections. The application process itself can take place anywhere in Handshake to be considered a part of the count.
Filters
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down information in the dashboard:
- Collection Title
- Collection Category
- Job Application/Save/View Date
- Collection is Private (Yes/No)
