If you’ve contacted Handshake Support and want to check the status of your ticket, you can do so directly from the Help Center.

Access your support tickets
1. Log in to your Handshake account.
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Help, then select Help Center from the dropdown menu.
3. On the Help Center page, click your name in the upper-right corner, then select My activities from the dropdown.
View the status of your tickets
The My requests page displays all your submitted support tickets, along with their current status:
Open: Your ticket has been submitted and is awaiting review and response from a support agent.
Awaiting reply: A support agent has replied and is waiting for your response.
Solved: Your issue has been resolved and the ticket is now closed.
Update an existing ticket
To update or respond to an open ticket, reply directly within the same request in the Help Center.
Tip: If your response relates to the same issue, reply directly to the same ticket instead of creating a new one.
1. Click the ticket subject to open the conversation.
2. Enter your message in the Add to conversation field.
To include attachments, click Add file or drag and drop your files into the upload area.
3. When finished, click Submit to send your update.
