If the email is set to be sent at a future date/time, the status will be "Scheduled" until the scheduled day/time comes to send.
A status of "Queued" means that the email is in the process of being sent. The status will not change to "Sent" until all recipients have had emails sent.
When the status changes to "Sent", this confirms that an email has been sent successfully to all designated recipients.
