The Recruiter (Standard) seat is the default role assigned to new users when they connect with a company profile, unless the employer assigns them a different role.
Recruiter (Standard) users can manage events, career fairs, jobs, applicants, and on-campus interviews, and can also message candidates.
This role is recommended for recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and third-party partners who primarily post jobs or events. It is available on all company profiles in Handshake, with no limit on the number of Recruiter (Standard) seats a company can have.
Note: Essentials and Enterprise customers can configure most permissions and have additional permission options depending on the selected modules.
Access to Handshake consists of both configurable and non-configurable permissions, as detailed below.
