The Representative role is typically assigned to individuals outside the recruiting team who need to participate in their company’s virtual fairs and events.
Who the Representative role is best suited for
The Representative role is ideal for individuals who need to attend and support virtual recruiting experiences but do not manage core recruiting workflows.
This includes:
Employees outside the recruiting team who participate in virtual career fairs and events.
Team members who support student engagement by managing attendee check-in and participation during events.
Individuals who assist with 1:1 schedules and event logistics but do not post jobs or manage applicants.
Representative access consists of default permissions and module based permissions, as outlined below.
Default permissions
The following permissions are enabled by default when a Representative seat is assigned. All permissions can be adjusted by the company Owner or Admin:
Events
Attend events
Manage event attendees
Career fairs
Attend fairs
Manage fair attendees
1:1 schedules (Limited)
Attend 1:1 schedules (Limited)
Manage 1:1 schedule attendees
Permissions with Event Manager
When the Event Manager module is added, the following permissions are enabled for Representatives. All permissions can be adjusted by the company Owner or Admin:
Event Manager
- Launch check-in kiosks
- Attend 1:1 schedules (Advanced)
- Use Mobile Events app
