Employer Role Types: Recruiter (Sourcer)

Source talent at scale through thoughtful campaigns and promote your brand, events, and jobs. The role of Recruiter (Sourcer) is best suited for recruiters or talent acquisition teammates specialized in scaled outreach.

Note: Recruiter (Sourcer) seats are only available to Handshake Premium partners and are limited.

Access to Handshake consists of both configurable and non-configurable permissions, as detailed below.

Non-configurable Essentials permissions: 

  • Limited Branding
  • View as Student (Brand Page)
  • Create Multi-school Events

Permissions enabled for Recruiter (Sourcer) when Essentials + Campaign add-on is added:

  • Candidate Sourcing (Advanced)
    • Manage Campaigns
