The Advocate seat is designed for individuals who help build relationships with candidates by participating in events, career fairs, live 1:1 sessions, and messaging.
This role is ideal for individuals who support student engagement but do not manage day-to-day recruiting, including:
- Interns and former interns who are not full-time employees or do not have a company email. They promote the company and share their experiences with students during events, fairs, and employer-hosted meetings.
- Employees outside the recruiting team, such as ERG participants who support student engagement and help students learn about specific roles or departments.
- Recruiting team members who are involved in the post-application hiring process but do not manage day-to-day recruiting tasks.
Note: Advocate seats are only available to Enterprise (formerly TES) customers.
