Employers can send messages inviting students to attend and event hosted by their team or a career fair they’ve registered for.
Students receive the invitation in their Handshake messages and can register if interested.
Note: This feature is only available to Premium partners and on-campus employers.

Access the Talent page
Click Talent from the left navigation bar to view profiles of students from your approved institutions.
Invite students to an event or fair
Note: On-campus employers can only send individual messages. Bulk options are available only to Premium partners.
1. Locate the students you want to invite.
- To invite a specific student, click the white button Message to the far right of their name.

To select multiple students, check the boxes next to their names, then click Message in the header.
- To select all students on the page, check the box next to Candidate at the top of the table, then click Message in the header.
- To select all students across all pages, click “Select all 10,000” in the header.
2. In the message window, draft your message, then click the Handshake icon in the lower-left corner of the text box and select Event or Career Fair.

Event: Recipients must have a Handshake profile with an institution that has approved your employer and event.

Career Fair: Recipients must have a Handshake profile with the institution hosting the fair.
3. In the pop-up modal, select the event or fair from the dropdown, then click Attach. The attachment will appear at the bottom of your message.

4. Review your message and click the black button Send. A confirmation banner will appear at the top of the page.
