On the FDS Responses page, you'll have quick access to information and data relevant to each FDS. You can also take actions for individual or multiple responses at once. Learn more about the FDS Responses page below!

Navigating to the FDS Responses tab
1. Select First Destination under the Students category in the left navigation bar.
2. Choose a survey.
3. Select the Responses tab. You will be directed to the FDS Responses page.
The FDS Responses page
On the FDS Responses page, you can utilise the search bar to find a specific student's survey response. You can also select All Filters to narrow down the responses on this page.
Outcomes: This graph provides a visual for the outcomes that students chose in their FDS response (Working, Volunteering, Continuing Education, Still Looking, Not Seeking).
Top employers: The top 3 employers that students have listed as current employers in their FDS response.
Students' responses will be listed below, you can click on the three ellipsis (more options) button on the right hand side of an individual response to open a menu of options:
- Edit response: Select this to open a new page where you can edit the student's response.
- Add labels: A pop-up will appear with an option to add a new or existing label.
- Remove labels: A pop-up will appear with an option to remove a label.
- Edit student data: This will open a new page where you can change the student's information that is attached to their response.
- Submit new response: Create a new response to overwrite the student's most current response.
- View profile: Select this to be redirected to the student's profile in Handshake.
You can also use the checkboxes to select more than one response and choose a bulk action. After selecting a checkbox, the following options appear:
- Edit employer: A pop-up will appear allowing you to change the employer/organisation for the responses selected.
- Add labels: A pop-up will appear allowing you add a new or existing label for the responses selected.
- Remove labels: A pop-up will appear allowing you to remove an existing label for the responses selected.
- Download: Selecting this will download the responses into a spreadsheet. A "download in progress" message will appear in the centre of the page, and once the download is complete, the message will change to "Download complete".
