If you decide that you'd like to keep a label for reporting purposes, but do not wish for that label to be added to any more items, you can archive the label. This will preserve all data linked to that label.
To archive the label, take these steps:
1. Click on your name in the top right of Handshake, and click on "Institution Settings"
2. Select "Labels" from the left menu column
3. Locate the desired label, then click on the three hashmarks to the far right in that row and choose "Edit Label"
4. On the pop-up that appears, put a check next to "Archive Label"
*Please note - this process will only work for Normal or Public labels.
